无人值守升级不发送电子邮件通知

我跟着这教程使用无人值守升级包启用电子邮件通知，但是当无人值守升级自动运行时我没有收到电子邮件，但是如果我运行此命令，unattended-upgrade -v -d我会收到一封发送到我的 gmail 地址的电子邮件通知，在我的配置中“错误邮件”被禁用。

它肯定正在更新软件包，但根据日志来看它似乎并没有尝试发送电子邮件通知，例如前几天的这个。

检查 /var/log/mail.log 以查看出了什么问题，通常是“发件人：”字段被破坏并被上游 SMTP 服务器阻止。
