问题原来出在 Chrome 的缩放上。

为了永久地恢复美观、平静的原始缩放因子 (=1)，您需要编辑 Chrome 的桌面文件：

sudo nano /usr/share/applications/google-chrome.desktop

找到包含二进制文件路径的行，并将其从

Exec=/usr/bin/google-chrome-stable %U

到

Exec=/usr/bin/google-chrome-stable --force-device-scale-factor=1 %U

保存文件（在 nano 中：输入Ctrl+X并用 确认Y），然后重新启动 Chrome。
