拔掉所有插入的耳机/麦克风
使用录音源作为
default（如果不工作，请尝试反复试验）点击“录制”按钮（栗色圆点）
如果正在录制音频，你可以看到 GUI 列出变化
在所需点开始和停止
另存为 Audacity 项目
删除音频中不需要的部分
使用文件 > 保存其他 > 导出为 mp3 到所需位置
