sudo apt-get install php-intl

或者

sudo apt-get install php7.0-intl

如图所示这个相关答案，Ubuntu Zeisty 自 2018 年 1 月起不再受支持。

对我来说，最好的方法是升级到 LTS 版本，这样可以保证多年的支持的升級。

如果您需要继续使用 Zeisty（或者对进行版本升级没有信心），那么链接问题的解决方案是使用存储库old-releases。
