sudo apt-get install ./tribler_7.1.0-rc1_all.deb

此软件包与 Ubuntu 18.04 不兼容，因为它依赖于libsodium13或libsodium18，但 Ubuntu 18.04 有libsodium23。您应该联系软件包的开发人员，让他们知道这个问题，希望他们会发布一个修复版本。
