自从我将主系统从老旧的 open-SUSE 发行版升级到 Ubuntu 18.04 后，我就遇到了系统崩溃的问题。无论发生什么问题，都需要一段时间才能积累起来。当系统承受着巨大的 CPU 负载时，这种情况总是会发生。虽然通常它可以毫无困难地处理这种负载，但现在响应开始变得越来越慢，直到完全无法使用。如果我走开，希望它最终能解决问题，电脑会在几分钟后自动关机。

我检查了上次崩溃后的所有/var/log/日志以查找异常情况。发现 CPU 过热的迹象，但几乎立即恢复正常运行。我确实检查了所有 CPU 风扇是否正常运行。我安装了psensors，但不知道我应该对什么温度水平感到警惕。对于可能的过热问题，我还能做些什么吗？
