我租了2台VPS服务器，最近几天租的1台VPS服务器速度特别慢，打开一个简单的网页或者PLESK大概要2到3分钟。
我尝试了多种方法来加快速度，但都无济于事。我尝试重新安装更新 (plesk)，尝试阻止来自俄罗斯和中国的访客（但我无法通过 csf (configServer) 执行此操作，因为它想要添加比允许的更多的 ip），并且我多次重启了服务器。
