不,不是。500GB SSD 应该有 CHS 608xx 255 63,因此 testdisk 只能“看到”损坏的分区表。您需要从 live、gparted 或任何救援棒启动,因为分区操作仅适用于卸载 ssd。打开 gparted -> 驱动器 -> 新分区表。如果这不起作用,您必须先删除所有现有分区,然后再删除新表。
