我有第二台笔记本电脑,它可以双启动 Xubuntu 19.04 和 Windows 10。第二台笔记本电脑仍然可以在 Windows 10 和 Xubuntu 19.04 中连接到以太网,所以这不是调制解调器/路由器的问题。

我曾设法通过删除自动 eth0 设置并重新配置来恢复以太网,但现在它也停止工作了(而且我无法恢复自动 eth0!)。

使用该命令进行长时间的故障排除后sudo lshw -C network,看起来好像没有电缆连接到计算机,或者电缆有缺陷(用户没有使用 cat 5e 或 cat 6 电缆),或者交换机/集线器/路由器/调制解调器没有连接。

确定计算机确实看到的是 enp7s0 以太网设备,而不是 eth0 设备。通过使用 enp7s0 创建一个全新的 NetworkManager GUI 连接脚本,并使用内核 -29、-30 和 -31 进行测试,一切似乎都恢复正常。使用 eth0 的旧连接脚本已被删除。

如果再次失败,您将需要启动到 Ubuntu Live DVD/USB 并重新测试以太网网络接口。
