WiFi 断开连接且系统卡住

我的 Ubuntu 18.04 LTS 中的 WiFi 连接经常断开。此后，WiFi 设置卡住了，解决此问题的唯一方法是长按电源按钮手动重启，因为重启按钮不起作用。
