如何远程重启 sshd？

当我尝试连接到 ubuntu 服务器时，出现超时ssh_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer。大多数答案都建议重新启动，但由于大楼因 COVID 而被封锁，我无法实际重新启动它。有没有办法远程重启服务sshd？

这是尝试通过 SSH 和 telnet 访问端口时出现的错误消息。有没有人建议重启 sshd？谢谢
