我已经在 WSL 版本 1 中安装了 Ubuntu，在 Ubuntu 中安装了 pgAdmin4，由于没有浏览器（它只是一个终端），所以我想通过 Windows 浏览器访问 pgAdmin。

子系统和我的 Windows 主机都具有相同的本地 IP 地址192.168.1.102。但是，当我尝试在浏览器中访问 192.168.1.102/pgadmin4 时，系统提示无法访问该页面。知道哪里出了问题吗？我也启动了 postgreSQL。
