我已经解决了问题通过安装包打印机驱动程序-gutenprint。

该软件包包含大多数较旧的打印机驱动程序。

  1. 转到终端并运行以下命令：

     sudo apt install printer-driver-gutenprint`

  2. 前往系统设置->打印机面板，如果已配置打印机，则移除打印机。
