一切正如预期，过了一会儿，它又开始重复

我尝试过 Alt SysRq REISUB，但如果不先强制关闭电源，机器就不会重新启动，这时可以听到硬盘滑行停止的声音，这让我很紧张。
在出现错误消息时强制关闭电源会导致相同的 HDD/齿轮问题。
