Ubuntu 20.04 蓝牙文件传输太慢。

尽管互联网速度还算合理（请参阅下文详细信息），但我的蓝牙连接无法获得可接受的文件传输速度，这确实是一个严重的问题。我看到有人提到这里也有类似的东西。但没有建议的解决方案。每个几 MB 的文件都需要大约 5 分钟或更长时间。

有人能对此提供补救措施吗？
