为什么我的电脑在使用 Ubuntu 时会时不时地自行重启？

我使用 Ubuntu 20.04。使用实际操作系统或实时闪存驱动器时，PC 经常自行重启。我不认为问题出在过热上，因为当我使用传感器实用程序时：
