更新至 Ubuntu 20.04 后出现“磁盘可能很快会出现故障”

我有一台 7 年前的联想 Y50，配有 1TB 硬盘。我在不同的分区上安装了 Ubuntu 和 Windows。我不是硬盘的重度用户，但我使用同步中将一些内容（包含很多文件夹的一些学校成绩）备份到 Google Drive。

我上周将我的电脑更新到了 Ubuntu 20.04，今天启动后，我在以下屏幕上收到“磁盘可能很快会出现故障”的消息：
