好的，看来我的问题已经解决了。我订阅了仅限安全的软件包更新。更改此设置后，我只需升级软件包，pulseaudio 就会自动重新下载。对于我的第一个问题，我运行了以下命令：

rm -r ~/.config/pulse; pulseaudio -k

之后我重新启动并且所有端口的音频都能够完美识别。
