我是 UBUNTU 的新手，研究这个问题已经有一段时间了。但似乎还是想不出什么。我从事通信领域，所以我对事情的运作方式有一个大致的了解。我在德国，我输入了 WPA2/个人安全代码，它就连接上了……单击 Firefox 开始浏览，它断开连接，开始重新连接，并再次要求我输入 wpa 代码。有时甚至不会重新连接。有线连接我没有遇到任何问题。

还有另一个对我有用的线程。我遇到了同样的问题。Centrino Advanced-N 6230 和 Dell XPS 15z 的蓝牙无线问题

基本上登录 Windows，然后从那里启用无线 fn+f2。您应该看到无线 led 亮起。在 Ubuntu 中重新启动，然后就好了 :)
