我的循环出了什么问题？

我这里有一个小脚本，应该很容易理解，但我不明白为什么 while 循环不能正确处理函数。它应该显示获取信息如果用户按“N”表示“否”，则再次执行该函数；如果用户按“是”，则再次执行该函数。写入接口文件功能。
