一周前，我在我的东芝 Satellite 上安装了 Ubuntu 14.04，这款电脑配备四核 2.4GHz 处理器、8(!)GB Ram、英特尔芯片 4000 和 Nvidia gt 640M，并且都已激活。

自从我这样做之后，我的笔记本电脑就变得很慢很慢......

启动后运行正常，启动速度也很快，但进入一个季节后 10-15 分钟左右，速度就慢了。就像所有程序都慢一样，浏览器也很慢，视频开始不同步，因为图片在一段时间后开始滞后，但声音保持稳定。

有趣的是，我运行得很好，因为我安装了 Ubuntu 14.04 和 Windows 10（Windows 10 不像以前那么快，因为我给了 Ubuntu 太多的 Ram，但 Ubuntu 运行正常，这意味着没有延迟，操作系统没有变慢，这也是我完全摆脱 Win10 的原因）

我安装了 NVidia 二进制旧版驱动程序 304.131，与我使用的双启动选项相同。

最耗电的进程是 Firefox/chrome，但也保持在 20%。

有人可以帮帮我吗，我搜索过其他主题，但通常问题是内存太低，而我的笔记本电脑不应该出现这种情况。

可能是 Thermald 之类的东西因为过热而注入了 powerclamp。你可以关闭 Thermald 来查看是否是这个问题，方法是：

sudo systemctl stop thermald.service

并完全禁用它：

sudo systemctl disable thermald.service
