添加交换需要 90 秒？

在我的 Lubuntu 14.04 机器上添加 SWAP 需要 90 秒。我不知道为什么会发生这种情况，这让我的电脑启动非常慢。我该如何解决这个问题？我的 RAM 是 2 GB，硬盘是 250 GB，只有一个分区。
