我猜你可能以 root 身份启动了 inkscape？如果是这样，那么你可能会遇到权限错误，因为当你以 root 身份运行 inkscape 时，root 可能拥有被 inkscape 剪切的临时文件

sudo inkscape   #  avoid this ... do NOT do this it may have caused the issue

可能的解决方案是卸载然后重新安装

sudo apt-get remove --purge inkscape  # uninstall

sudo apt-get install inkscape
