安装 SSD 后出现冻结问题

我最近安装了 240 GB 的金士顿 M.2 SSD，并在其上安装了 Ubuntu 16.04。但使用一段时间后，它会随机冻结很长时间，甚至鼠标也无法使用。在这种情况下我该怎么办？
