Ubuntu 防火墙问题

我破坏了 ubuntu 的 dns/防火墙设置。我安装了 toroxy 和 dnscrypt，删除后，我甚至无法连接到路由器。

ping 192.168.100.1 # router address
ping 1.1.1.1 # Cloudflare

返回

ping: sendmsg: Operation not permitted

但跑步之后

iptables -P INPUT ACCEPT; iptables -P OUTPUT ACCEPT
iptables -F INPUT; iptables -F OUTPUT

ping 开始工作，但浏览器返回连接错误。我该如何重置所有 dns(?) 设置，或者修复它？
