有线连接无法被识别

我使用的是 Ubuntu Maverick (10.10)。我读过一些有关有线连接问题的帖子，但还没有找到解决方案。

问题出现在我连接到无线网络后。当我断开无线连接并插入网线时，有线连接根本无法识别。甚至插座也似乎坏了（没有二极管闪烁）。

到目前为止，唯一的解决方案似乎是重新启动计算机。然后，网络管理器尝试连接到 Wi-Fi，但有线连接已列出且正常运行。

我试过了sudo restart network-manager，但这并不能解决任何问题。过了一会儿，可用的无线网络开始出现，但有线网络仍然没有出现。
