我通过添加以下行解决了这个问题：

Acquire::Languages "none";

在结尾处/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/00aptitude（sudo -H gedit /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/00aptitude用于终端编辑此文件）。

我这样做之后，sudo apt-get update运行速度就更快了。
