每次下载时都会出现存档错误

Ubuntu 根本不让我下载任何东西，无论是从 Ubuntu 还是从互联网。每次我尝试时，它都会弹出这个：

不要单击图标，而是右键单击下载文件夹中的文件，然后安装葡萄酒安装 wine，应该有一个选项说“使用 Wine Windows 程序加载器打开“”。
