Dolphin 不显示缩略图

问题：视频缩略图不再显示。
在 Nautilus 中，缩略图可以正确显示。

  2. 重启 Dolphin
  3. 设置 > 配置 Dolphin > 常规 > 行为 > 视图 > 对所有文件夹使用通用属性，确定
