从打印对话框中隐藏/删除网络打印机

如果我转到 dash 然后转到打印机，则有四台打印机。但是，如果我在对话框中打印时，会显示许多我从未见过/安装过的打印机（100 台？）。我猜它们是网络打印机。我该如何删除它们或阻止它们显示？

  1. 打开 Firefox 或任何浏览器：http://localhost:631/
  2. 管理选项卡 → 在服务器标题下，编辑配置文件

  3. 查找Browsing/BrowseLocalProtocols并将其设置为：

    Browsing Off
BrowseLocalProtocols none

    然后保存更改

  4. 输入你的用户名/密码，完成

我认为最好的解决方案是禁用 cups-browsed（这可以避免自动检测但不会使用其他远程打印机）：

sudo gedit /etc/cups/cups-browsed.conf

并将 BrowseRemoteProtocols 行更改为：

BrowseRemoteProtocols none

然后重新启动系统（或运行sudo service cups-browsed restart）。
