ubuntu 16.04中gromacs和VMD的安装

我在 ubuntu 15.10 中安装了 gromacs 和 vmd，它们运行良好。但在升级到 ubuntu 14.04 后，我无法再次安装它们，因为无法提取 vmd。在安装 gromacs 之前，我安装了 cmake 和 FFTW。我可以看到 cmake 已安装，但 gromacs 不存在。现在我升级到 ubuntu 16.04，但仍然无法安装它们。

      $ tar -zxvf vmd-1.9.2.bin.LINUXAMD64.opengl.tar.gz

我找到了答案tar xvf，而不是使用tar -zxvf ，但我不知道问题是什么，但我通过这种方式成功安装了 VMD。
