为从源代码安装的程序创建手册

通常，当我从源代码安装包时，我无法使用命令man查看该包的手册。我猜是因为没有随附手册。

那么，有没有办法为从源代码安装的包安装手册？！！

附言：我知道--help在几乎每个程序中使用该选项都会给我带来某种帮助，甚至是命令手册，但我确实需要安装一本真正的手册，可以随命令一起带来的手册man。

man man说：

   -l, --local-file
          Activate `local' mode.  Format and display  local  manual  files

您可以使用man --local-file /path/to/file。例如，如果您想阅读名为 的手册页example，您可以使用man --local-file ./example，假设该文件存在于当前目录中。
