wicd 系统托盘指示器问题已经被问过很多次了，但是在 16.04 上没有一个解决方案有效。
在 14.04 上它似乎被修复了这 但即使它适用于其他应用程序，它仍然无法在 16.04 上显示。

这对我有用：安装 python-appindicator
sudo apt-get install python-appindicator
然后重新启动。
另外，安装 python3-notify2 用于网络通知
sudo apt-get install python3-notify2
