频繁冻结问题 16.04

使用 16.04 LTS，2 天前安装在新笔记本电脑上。我遇到了冻结问题，但是没有使用资源消耗大的软件包。使用带有 jdk8 的 eclipse neon.2。最新内核版本是 4.4。请帮忙
