18.04 冻结 - 如何诊断/建议?(联想 x260)

  • 系统完全冻结 - 显示仍然存在,但没有鼠标或键盘响应
  • ctrl-alt-del、ctrl-alt-backspace 无响应
  • 对 magic sysrq 键没有响应(atl-sysrq-reisub - 已在 /etc/sysctl.d/10-magic-sysrq.conf 中将其设置为 1 来启用
  • 事件发生后检查 /var/log/syslog 没有发现任何相关信息。有时崩溃时会出现一系列空字节。kern.log 也有类似的空字节

就我的情况来说,解决办法是删除 acpi-call-dkms包装和在 BIOS 中将显卡内存增加到 512MB(Ubuntu 18.04、联想 X250、两个显示器(通过 DP)+一个显示器(通过 VGA)。如果没有外接显示器,即使使用 acpi-call-dkms,笔记本电脑也不会死机。
