我使用佳能 MF-231 i-sensys。我安装了打印机驱动程序，一切正常。但扫描仪仍然让我很烦恼。扫描仪无法正常工作。

我的 Canon Pixma MG3620 也遇到了类似的问题；简单扫描无法找到扫描仪。我可以使用终端并输入“scangearmp”进行扫描。
