无法同时使用 Intel 的 TearFree 选项和 DRI_PRIME（混合显卡）

Question

我有一台配备 RX550 和英特尔集成显卡的 Thinkpad。为了消除撕裂，我找到了这个修复方法（已添加到/etc/X11/xorg.conf）：

Section "Device"
   Identifier  "Intel Graphics"
   Driver      "intel"
   Option "TearFree" "true"
EndSection

但是添加这个之后，我无法再切换到使用dGPU，DRI_PRIME=1它只是使用英特尔 GPU。

有没有办法同时拥有两者？我正在使用 19.04 Beta。
