我解决了上述问题。只是因为错误配置了 bios。
我同事之前在这台电脑上装过Win10，但是在安装过程中出现了“蓝屏”错误，后来通过在bios中禁用这颗CPU的3个核心才解决了这个问题，这也是为什么我的Ubuntu系统只显示15个核心的原因。
