Ubuntu 启动真的很慢

我有一个 SSD,启动速度非常快。这是一台刚买了几周的新电脑。现在启动到 ubuntu 20.04 的速度非常慢,恢复后输入登录密码的速度也非常慢。这可能是什么原因造成的?
