必须移除然后连接电池才能充电

我最近为运行 20.04 LTS 的 HP EliteBook Folio 9470M 购买了 BT04 BT04XL 电池替换件。电池被识别,拔下电源后会放电,但之后,为了充电(当笔记本电脑重新插入电源时),必须先从笔记本电脑中取出(断开)电池,然后重新安装。重新连接后,电池将正常充电。

有任何想法吗?
