每次 Windows 启动后我都需要启动修复 Grub

我的电脑上有双启动：Ubuntu 21.04 和 Windows 10。最近的 Windows 10 更新破坏了 GRUB 启动菜单：我无法启动 Ubuntu（同样的错误这问题）。然后我发现并成功使用了启动修复实用程序在 Ubuntu 中再次启动。我没有遇到任何问题，直到……我不得不再次登录 Windows。启动 Ubuntu 并重新启动后，我可以看到 GRUB 菜单。启动 Windows 后，我必须再次修复 GRUB。

我该如何应对？有什么方法可以永久修复 GRUB？阻止 Windows 访问其设置？
