免责声明：很难判断磁盘损坏的确切程度，看起来至少磁盘的第一部分已损坏。
首先，尝试dd使用 using跳过一些块skip=。问题可能是磁盘开头附近有一个有缺陷的部分（=>你很幸运）。
我怀疑它会是 SATA->USB 接口，尽管您可以尝试通过 SATA 直接插入磁盘，例如在塔中。
我通常会使用 testdisk 来尝试恢复可以恢复的内容。这有点碰运气。使用正确的工具来完成任务。
