NVM 未开始下载，有时下载失败

最近我安装了 Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS x86_64，
当我按下命令时，curl -o- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nvm-sh/nvm/v0.39.5/install.sh | bash它并没有开始下载，只是增加了花费的时间，2 分 10 秒后它停止下载并出现此错误

我也尝试安装旧版本，curl -o- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nvm-sh/nvm/v0.35.3/install.sh | bash但遇到了同样的问题
