此问题不会在任何启动时发生，但只是偶尔发生。当它发生时，用户登录后会出现黑屏，然后我必须等待几分钟才能让桌面和文件资源管理器正常工作。
其他时候，启动是干净的，登录后，文件资源管理器在几秒钟内就准备就绪，并且未安装任何磁盘。
