如何启用媒体键？

我在 Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS 上，并且使用 DasKeyboard Pro 4。睡眠和静音键工作正常，音量旋钮也工作正常。播放/暂停、下一个和 Precious Track 按钮完全不起作用。我尝试从键盘设置选项中手动分配它们。请帮忙！

键盘快捷键似乎存在一般问题。例如，当重新分配 ctrl + print 以将窗口捕获到剪贴板时，它不起作用（默认的 ctrl + alt + print 可以工作）。例如，为 flameshot gui 创建自定义快捷键可以工作，但为媒体键创建自定义快捷键不能解决我的问题。我在这里感到困惑，有什么想法吗？我是 Linux 新手（2 天），实际上我开始爱上它了，但有些事情应该非常顺利和简单，却需要几个小时才能弄清楚，这有点奇怪。
