每当我打开电脑时，我都会收到一条警告，提示“必须检查系统磁盘的一致性”。启动时，它会顺利完成第 1 步（共 3 步），但当它进行到第 2 步（验证索引）时，它就停留在 0%。我试过离开 10 分钟左右，但它却一动不动。最后，我只能重新启动并跳过一致性检查。

当我从命令提示符手动运行 chkdsk 时，我遇到了完全相同的问题。步骤 1 没问题，但步骤 2 一直停留在 0%

我知道如何禁用启动时检查（使用 chkntfs），但我真的不想这样做，我希望它检查磁盘并确保一切正常。

我让 chkdsk 在命令提示符下运行，10 分钟后它确实做了一些事情：

几天前我又回过头来研究这个问题。备份了所有内容后，我决定让扫描运行一整夜。第二天早上我检查时，它正在登录屏幕上等待。我重新启动以查看发生了什么，现在它启动正常，没有任何警告。也许，如果时间足够长，chkdsk 能够解决所有问题。

一切看起来都很明显不是好的，而且 chkdsk 无法处理它（不是一个积极的信号）。我建议尝试其他方法，例如来自系统救援光盘.还有一个新硬盘。

您需要检查该磁盘的智能状态。使用 HDTune 获取当前智能数据并确定驱动器是否处于良好状态。
