请问我最近遇到了系统问题。问题如下：

1. 我根本无法打开突触管理器。收到以下错误：

E: Encountered a section with no Package: header
E: Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/list/archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_natty_main_binary-i386_Packages
E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.

2. 我无法更新任何内容，并且使用更新管理器收到以下错误：

Could not initialize the package information

An unresolvable problem occurred while initializing the package information.

Please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and include the following error message:

'E:Encountered a section with no Package: header, E:Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_natty_main_binary-i386_Packages, E:The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.'

我的系统信息如下：

操作系统：Kubuntu 11.04。
内核版本：2.6.38-8-generic。
内核架构：i686。
默认 shell：/bin/bash。X
服务器版本：X.Org X Server 1.10.1 GCC 版本：4.5.2

我的软件列表（禁用几乎所有软件后）最终如下：

Canonical 合作伙伴（Canonical 为其合作伙伴打包的软件）：http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu

我还在终端上尝试了以下操作：

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install -f

但没有取得成果。

在终端会话中执行以下操作：

$ sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/*
$ sudo apt-get update

这将获得其中所有文件的最新副本。

那么一切都会顺利进行。
