在类似的情况下,我通过重新安装 Win 7 解决了该问题:

我下载了 Knoppix CD(不是 DVD 版本,因为我只想启动 Linux)并删除了该SYSTEM VOLUME INFORMATION目录。

我重新创建了相同的卷,因此重启后它仍存在于 Windows 中。然后我重启了 WIN 7 并创建了一个新的还原点。作为测试,我恢复到了这个点,一切正常。

看起来某些自动创建的还原点文件有问题。我使用 Knoppix 启动并将所有内容从“系统卷信息”移至备份目录,因此我有一个空的“系统卷信息”文件夹。重新启动 Windows,系统卷影服务和系统还原功能再次正常运行。
