我不知道您使用的是哪个版本的 Excel，因此我不能保证这个会起作用。它会按照您的要求执行（我测试过），通过对 C 列进行过滤，为每个唯一记录创建一个选项卡，然后将这些行复制到新工作表。您需要修改顶部的代码，使其与您的数据范围相匹配。
