如何摆脱 DOS 攻击：RST 扫描？

我有一台 Netgear Wnr1000v2 路由器。我已将 NAT 设置为安全模式（我不知道这是否有帮助）。很多时候，当我查看路由器日志时，我会看到大量 DoS 攻击：RST 扫描。我认为这些仅在我使用 uTorrent 或 Tunngle 时发生。每当我受到这些 DoS 攻击时，我的互联网速度就会显著下降，然后完全断开连接。
